Family members had to move heaven and earth with Kaiser to have this happen. And we will agressively continue pressuring Kaiser to provide the care and facilities needed for her recovery. The left and right hands of Kaiser has not communicated very well and unfortunately their knowledge of TBI (traumatic brain injury) appears limited in some of the facilities.
